AGEs的累积与消渴变症病机(2)
综上,AGEs的累积与消渴变证之“虚”与“瘀”病机的形成存在共通之处,即年龄与病程,AGEs的累积与各种消渴变证有临床实验基础,糖基化终末产物的积累在糖尿病并发症中占有重要影响,研究AGEs在体内的积累,可更加完善糖尿病并发症的病理机制,通过AGEs在体内的积累来分析消渴变证的病机,可对消渴变证的病机及病理产物的形成有更进一步了解,对于临床辩证施治提供一定的参考。
